Following the album cover re-design for Paranoid by Black Sabbath, I designed additional merchandise and items that carry across the new identity. The diversity of the merchandise shows how the brand is able to maintain the same style and message across each item. The strength of the distorted eye imagery enables other outputs to not require the type to communicate the album's new identity. Because Black Sabbath are a large name in the music industry, this enables for merchandise of any format to be made for fans of the band; which is evident through their existing merchandise. Producing merchandise for my redesign had it's challenges with trying not to duplicate the cover on multiple outputs. However, by altering layout and the variety of merchandise, each design is capable of replicating the redesign's style.
